June 1st

The day started off slow, watching our fearless kitties stalk the bats flying around outside from the comfort of the RV sofa, But wait it gets much more exciting...
It was time for another JEEP adventure.

We opted not to proceed to Glacier NP today, but rather to explore Montana State Parks. This scouting tour gave us ideas for future camping trips in Montana. There were great streams, beautiful lakes, and great temperatures (38-42 degrees night time & 65-70 degrees day time).
Upon returning to Montana, this will be one of our future camping spots

The next stop was Tally Lake on the North Shore. This spot boasts its very own beach front property.

After completing our Jeep journey and eating a little Thai food in Kalispell, MT our ride home looked little like this.

If we were to buy a piece of property in Montana, it might have to be this one...out on the point at Flathead Lake. This guy has it figured out, a mini marina with a small boat, a terraced camping spot for him and his buddies, and a private beach. Sounds good sign us up.
